Description

The apartment is located in the popular neighborhood of La Victoria, whose name comes from being where the Basilica de la Victoria, the patron saint of the city, is located. In the 19th century it was the neighborhood of the middle classes, still preserving stately homes from that time.
Although in the neighborhood you have all the services you need, just ten minutes walk you can see the main attractions of the city, Cathedral, Alcazaba, Roman Theater, Gibralfaro Castle, Museums (Picasso, Thyssen, Malaga and Center Pompidou), Plaza de la Merced, Puerto, Calle Larios, etc.
The closest beaches are Malagueta and Pedregalejo, which are just a pleasant 20-minute walk away. If you need public transport you have a bus and taxi in the Plaza de la Victoria, two minutes away.
You can also rent a bike on Victoria Street for € 5 a day.
The apartment is very bright, quiet, modern, air-conditioned, fully equipped with appliances, furniture and bed and bathroom linens. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. The bathroom is complete with shower and has towels and personal hygiene products. The bedroom has a double bed, fan and closet to store clothes.
In short, everything you need to make your stay pleasant and welcoming.

Great place to stay in Malaga. Very quick and easy train from the airport, and a short walk to everything you need. The suggested list of items are great and you are located around the corner from the bus stop if you want to go to nerja for the day. Has everything you need for a week in Malaga. Would definitely stay again.

Super tolle und zentrale Wohnung!Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen uns ist mitten im Leben, sobald man aus der Tür geht.Wer Lust auf einen Städte-Trip hat und die perfekte Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig :) Der Marktplatz direkt an der Wohnung ist sehr lebendig, aber für uns persönlich war es nicht zu laut.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad . Het appartement ligt op een top locatie ! Je kon overal naar toe lopen ! Heerlijk terrasje met uitzicht op het plein . Wij hebben weinig last gehad van geluidsoverlast . We waren zelf tot laat op pad . Het huisje was schoon en stijlvol en locatie was geweldig ! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden !

Great location, gorgeous views from the new and clean apartment and super friendly host. 2 min walking to the Malagueta beach and Port of Malaga with shops, restaurants and cafes.10-15min walking from the city centre and old town.The apartment has everything you need, especially the Nespresso machine :) I am definitely booking it again when I am back to Malaga; beautiful views, you can also see the sunset from the apartment.Thank you for allowing me to come earlier and leave my things before the apartment was cleaned.
